Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern rights and obligations in connection with the use of services provided by Funded Trader Limited. Please read carefully as they govern your (“you”, “your”, or the “Customer”) rights and obligations in connection with the use of the services provided by Funded Trader Limited. By engaging in the Challenge, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all such Terms.

Evaluation Account Terms

The Evaluation accounts monitored by Funded Trader Limited shall strictly function as demo accounts, simulating trading activities and subject to a 1:30 FOREX leverage. Any variance in leverage, provision, or level is subject to the exclusive determination and judgment of Funded Trader Limited, guided by its sole discretion to provide what is considered reasonable to users.

The fees associated with the Challenges shall vary contingent upon the chosen option and correspond with the initial capital amount. Detailed information concerning individual options and associated fees is accessible on the official Funded Trader Limited website. The conclusive fee determination is contingent upon the option chosen during the completion of the form for the procurement of the Challenge. Funded Trader Limited expressly reserves the right to furnish services under individually agreed conditions, unilaterally determined at its sole discretion. All individually agreed conditions are subject to the Provider’s exclusive discretion. All payments are irrevocable and solely intended for evaluation purposes.

Registration fees are remitted to facilitate access to the Evaluation and services. The trader forfeits entitlement to a refund of registration fees upon the commencement of the service (i.e., the acquisition of the account), and/or unsuccessful completion of the Challenge. Where-as a participant successfully passes a Flexi or VIP Challenge, they will be entitled to a full refund. The trader explicitly waives the right to initiate a dispute with the Customer’s bank or payment service provider concerning the remitted fee, as the completion of the purchase signifies unequivocal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The fees encompass trading and business costs, concurrently establishing accountability for traders.

The specified fees for the Challenge options are denominated in Great British Pounds. In the instance of payment in a currency other than GBP, the fee for the chosen option shall be converted utilizing the most recent exchange rate.

Payment of the fee for the selected option of the Challenge may be executed through a payment card, bank transfer, or alternative means of payment offered by Funded Trader Limited on the website.

The fees are categorically non-refundable once the trader has initiated their trading activity on the account, encompassing both full and partial refunds.

*US-Based Traders are subject to a fee, due to Regulation in the US (NFA/ CFTC), which denies the referral of any trader from certain finance related platforms.

Forex, Futures and Equities trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardising ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

CFTC Rule 4.41 – Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
